Speaker Session B6: Counter Terrorism, Emergency Laws and Human Rights 

Anil Kapoor graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1986 and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. He practices criminal law, appeal and trials, and regulatory law primarily in the area of professional discipline. He has been an adjunct Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School having taught The Law of Evidence and Trial Advocacy. He is a regular lecturer at Continuing Legal Education Seminars sponsored by the National Judicial Institute, Law Society of Upper Canada, Federal Department of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice education programs, Ontario Crown Attorneys’ Association, Criminal Lawyer’s Association and the Advocates Society.
