Speaker Session C8: International Perspectives on Expert Evidence 

After a 10-year career in psychology, and a 20-year career as a commercial barrister, Thomas S.  Woods was appointed a judge of the Provincial Court of British Columbia in October 2007.  He sits in Port Coquitlam, a suburb of Vancouver, and hears cases in the court’s adult criminal, youth criminal, family, child protection and civil divisions.
