Speaker Session D10: Regulating Individuals and Nations in the use of Drones 

Leonard Blazeby is the Head of the ICRC’s Mission in Australia. In his current post he leads a team working with government, the ADF, think tanks, academics and the media to foster a greater understanding of ICRC and its global operations, and promote international humanitarian law. After having worked as a Barrister and Solicitor in South Australia and Victoria for over 10 years and being a volunteer with the Australian Red Cross since 1991, he joined the ICRC in 2000.
